"As a teacher, Iryna is warm. I always feel nothing short of comfortable in her class, which feels special. She teaches for all bodies and very much has her own approach — there’s no music in her class, which at first made me nervous but I quickly came to love, and she focused on the smallest of shifts and movements that make all the difference. It’s a really mindful class and a collaborative space, and she’s great with providing adjustments and recommendations, and checking in with each student to make sure they’re getting out of their practice what they hope to."

"What I think makes your teaching so wonderful is your pace and care for each person in the room. There is intention behind your choices and so many adaptations for all bodies and abilities. There is an extreme lack of judgment and competition that can occur in many yoga spaces. I enjoy the unique twist you put on warm ups and testing out ideas or poses in a new way. I also really enjoy the flow: from going inward to a slow and steady warm up and then thoughtful standing poses and a focused time bringing it back to the calm ending. And I just love your energy!"

"I might say it's "inclusive yoga," and not just "size-inclusive." People who have done a lot of yoga and total novices like me feel completely comfortable; stretching yourself is ok, and so is leaning into relaxation; you generate a sense that however students want to approach the class, you'll help them get what they're looking for out of it."

"I would tell my friends that the class is taught by a wonderful, non-judgmental, compassionate woman who is accepting and welcoming of all body types/sizes/shapes and all ability levels. I love that there’s no pressure to push myself into a certain pose and no side eyes if I choose to do child’s pose instead of the suggested. […] Plus the instructor’s sense of humor and passion for what she does is apparent."

"I love taking yoga classes with Iryna! She is attentive to the needs of her students, and to helping each student individualize poses to fit their bodies and their needs in the moment. Her love for yoga shines through, and she brings a calm and lighthearted presence to her classes."

"Iryna’s classes are like a cup of warm tea and a cozy blanket on a chilly afternoon. As a burnt out mom, sometimes working out can feel like an added duty, but I can always count on Iryna's classes to be restorative and give me the movement and deep rest I need. She is very inclusive and welcoming to all body types and levels of athleticism by giving lots of options for poses. She always reminds us that each of our bodies are so different and there cannot be one position that works for every body."

“I found Iryna's class after taking time away from my yoga practice of 20 years. I've also completed yoga teacher training and I've had a wide variety of top notch teachers. Iryna's class became another haven for me. She creates a beautiful and welcoming space for those who want to connect authentically to their bodies and true selves. She is visually gifted and can look at a variety of bodies and see what minor adjustments need to be made. Her curiosity, presence, and calm leadership make her class a place I'm pulled toward each week when I want to connect to myself more deeply. I am grateful, Iryna."

"I have attended yoga classes with various instructors in New York and North Carolina, and Iryna is by far my favorite! Her classes are dynamic enough to give me a good workout yet slow enough to really get into some poses. Iryna is very knowledgeable about yoga and bodies, and always offers accessible modifications regardless of your practice level."
